1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the bbu8 website accessible at https://bbu8.io, including all associated sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any software or tools made available to registered users.
• "bbu8", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the bbu8 platform and its affiliated entities responsible for delivering the services described in these terms.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bbu8 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the bbu8 platform, created in accordance with the registration process described in Section 3.
• "Funds" refers to real-money deposits, winnings, bonuses, or any other monetary credit held within a player's bbu8 account wallet.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or incentive offered by bbu8 to eligible players, subject to the conditions in Section 6.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the bbu8 platform is illegal under applicable local law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bbu8 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the bbu8 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of the bbu8 platform and must not attempt to register an account or access any services offered by bbu8.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to the bbu8 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction applies to all users in Bangladesh regardless of the type of activity undertaken on the platform, whether that is live casino gaming, sports betting, slots, or any other service. bbu8 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to be held by a player under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

3.2 Registration Process

To use the real-money features of the bbu8 platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as requested during sign-up. You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Any false or misleading information provided at the time of registration constitutes a breach of these terms.

3.3 Identity Verification

bbu8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a change of account details. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the bbu8 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bbu8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and retain any funds held therein.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bbu8 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. bbu8 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify bbu8 support at [email protected] immediately.

4.2 Account Currency

The functional currency of all bbu8 accounts for Bangladesh players is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in BDT unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your bbu8 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed to your registered payment method. bbu8 also reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including for breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete identity verification.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bbu8 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant account balances after this period, subject to applicable regulations. Players will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bbu8 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may be updated from time to time at bbu8's discretion.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on bbu8 is ৳500. There is no single-transaction maximum deposit limit, however bbu8 reserves the right to apply account-level deposit limits in connection with its responsible gaming obligations. Players may also set their own deposit limits via the responsible gaming tools in their account dashboard.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and wagering requirement checks before processing. Typical processing time for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is one to three hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

bbu8 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. The platform may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions or unusual patterns of deposit and withdrawal activity. Deposits must not be made from funds derived from illegal activities. bbu8 reserves the right to freeze account funds and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, and incentives offered by bbu8 are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all bbu8 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are met.
• bbu8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploit strategies — will forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings and may have their accounts permanently closed.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms. 7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the bbu8 platform are subject to the applicable game rules, which are accessible from within each game or betting market. It is the player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the relevant rules before placing any bet. bbu8 accepts no liability for bets placed in error by the player.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type, table, and market. Current stake limits are displayed within each game interface or betting market at the time of placing a bet. bbu8 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

7.3 Void Bets

bbu8 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on an incorrect price resulting from a manifest error, on a market that should not have been offered, or in circumstances where the outcome of an event was already known at the time the bet was placed. In the event a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's account wallet.

7.4 Live Betting

In-play and live betting markets are offered on selected sports events including BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures. Live odds are subject to frequent change. bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the precise moment the bet request is confirmed by the platform. bbu8 accepts no responsibility for connectivity interruptions that prevent a live bet from being placed.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbu8 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker room, or sports betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or platform vulnerabilities. Any such exploits must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information that is not publicly available at the time of placing the bet.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform by cycling funds through deposits and withdrawals without commensurate gaming activity.
• Registering using false or stolen identity information, or impersonating another person.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward bbu8 support staff or other players via any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bbu8 platform — including but not limited to the bbu8 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, graphics, text, images, audio, and video — is the proprietary intellectual property of bbu8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these terms. No content from the bbu8 platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, modified, or otherwise used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of bbu8.

10 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and processing of personal data provided by players to bbu8 is governed by the bbu8 Privacy Policy, which is available at bbu8.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account and using the platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

bbu8 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections to protect the transmission of personal and financial data. Player data is stored on secure servers and is not sold or transferred to unaffiliated third parties except as required to fulfil payment processing, identity verification, or legal obligations.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbu8 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruption, or any other loss of any kind, even if bbu8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bbu8's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their bbu8 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Responsible Gaming

bbu8 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit to your bbu8 account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss permitted over a defined period.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to your use of the bbu8 platform or these terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting bbu8 customer support. bbu8 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

Where informal resolution is not achievable, disputes may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures communicated by bbu8 support at the time. Players retain any statutory rights they may hold under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
